Refund and exchange policy

  • No change of mind returns on specific ranges, though please reach out to us. A restocking fee may apply to specific ranges, and for change of mind returns the customer is reponsible for postage fees if change of mind return is applicable to that product line. Postage fees will not be refunded. 
  • Please choose your products carefully and review the measurements in the product description. 
  • Change of mind returns will be issues with a store credit. 
  • Strictly no returns or exchanges on furniture items, please choose carefully. Includes side tables and coffee tables. 
  • Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify us immediately if the product is faulty or damaged. We require photographic evidence to be able to begin the exchange process. You have 3 days after receiving your product to claim an exchange or refund for a damaged product. Please inspect your products upon recieving them carefully and notify us immediately of any damage. We need the product returned to us to be eligible for a refund. 
  • If an item is faulty and you are not satisfied upon using the product within the first 30 days, please get it touch with us promptly to diagnose the issue with the product. Faulty products claims cannot be processed if you have altered or tampered with the product in anyway. Faulty product claims will be assessed on a case by case basis.
